Philosophy

Food creations from all over the world have brought highlights in culinary innovation to our dining tables. Nebraska Prime Beef is one of the most tasteful and tender pieces of meat. Atlantic turbot caught in the wild or a blue Breton lobster undoubtedly belong to the highest quality products and the preferred choice for the menu creations in the kitchen at YoSH.
Slowly braised US Prime ox-cheeks, lobster in nut butter and Atlantic freshly caught fish are signature dishes at YoSH.
Needless to say, all products are made from hand and only with the most carefully selected ingredients.
YoSH brings together tastes and experiences from numerous regions of the world with its own special interpretation for International Mediterranean cuisine.

Ambiance

YoSH is a place with a touch for detail and style both inside and around the kitchen. The Service Team is focused only on making the experience as pleasurable as possible with a good sense for recommendations and knowledge of the products.

Cuisine



Nothing could illustrate the philosophy of YoSH better then a peek behind the doors of the kitchen. All creations are prepared from the most natural and specially selected ingredients with a true passion for detail and high professional expectations to do better every day.
Culinary creativity also means to define traditional recipes in different ways. Wagyu ,Tafelspitz Mille Feuille´ with truffle vinaigrette or the special fish soup ,YoSH Bouillabaisse´ with wild caught Atlantic turbot, Coquilles Saint Jacques, deep-sea langoustines and Sauce Rouilles are examples of such experiences.
Whether it will be ox-cheeks, sea bass or Japanese Kobe Beef, the pairing of the most carefully selected ingredients and traditionally oriented cooking principals are the key philosophies in the kitchen at YoSH.

The wine cellar

Directly after entering YoSH, one will recognise the small bullet-proof window in the wooden floor, which allows direct view into the arches of the wine cellar.
Finest wines from all significant regions of the world are waiting to be personally picked by the customer (upon request). Selected bottles from Germany, France, Spain and Italy, but also from Portugal and Nappa Valley with up to 100 Parker Points are being stored in perfectly controlled humidity and temperature.
